一 |     (ECNS) -- Shenzhen Customs signed its first sister-port cooperation memorandum Thursday with Valparaíso Customs of Chile, under the APEC China Year 2026 framework.    The agreement expands the China-Chile Smart Customs partnership through information sharing and enforcement coordination. Areas of cooperation include mutual recognition of Authorized Economic Operator status, clearance efficiency, enterprise credit, anti-smuggling and IP protection.    Pan Chuxiong, deputy director of Shenzhen Customs, said Shenzhen maintains close economic and trade ties with Chile, with three direct shipping routes to major Chilean ports each week. In the first seven months of this year, trade between Shenzhen port and Chile reached 21.96 billion yuan (about $3.06 billion). 二 |   另据台湾地区气象部门测定，8月25日15时0分左右，台湾地区东南海域发生5.8级地震，震中位于北纬22.63度、东经121.6度，即在台东县政府东南东方48.0公里，位于台湾东南部海域，震源深度13.1公里。  据台湾媒体报道，台东县绿岛地区有明显摇晃感，屏东、高雄、南投、彰化、台中、宜兰、苗栗等地感受轻微摇晃。记者在台北无明显震感。
