一 | Investigators said Friday they found hydraulic fluid leaking from a hose in the landing gear system of a FedEx plane that was forced to make an emergency landing this month in Chattanooga, Tennessee.The National Transportation Safety Board said that investigators also found a “discontinuity” in the wiring of an alternate system for lowering the landing gear.Video captured by emergency responders showed sparks flying after the Boeing 757 touched down on Oct. 4 with the left landing gear not fully extended. The plane ran off the end of the runway, but none of the three crew members were injured.The pilots reported that after taking off from Chattanooga, they got a warning about low fluid level and a lack of pressure in one of the hydraulic systems, and they decided to return to the airport. After getting an alert about the landing gear, the pilots declared an emergency. They did a low fly-by that allowed people in the airport tower to confirm that the left landing gear was not extended. The pilots circled and landed with the crippled gear. They were able to keep the plane going straight but couldn't stop until 830 feet beyond the end of the runway, the NTSB said in a preliminary report. Pilots used a slide to get out of the plane.The NTSB said an examination showed that a hose tied to a component used to activate the landing gear was leaking hydraulic fluid.The NTSB said it is continuing to investigate the incident.。

二 | 国际刑事法院一怒，却让自己更憋屈。

据《环球时报》5月5日消息，“国际刑事法院（ICC）将对以色列总理内塔尼亚胡、国防部长加兰特和国防军参谋长哈勒维发布逮捕令”的消息，近日在以媒报道和以官员反对下，被炒得沸沸扬扬。白宫、美官员和议员齐上阵，纷纷施压ICC不要对此三人发布逮捕令。

三 | 处于舆论中心的ICC也终于在5月3日打破沉默，发表声明强调“检察官办公室坚决要求各方立即停止一切妨碍、恐吓或不正当地影响官员的企图”。

早在去年11月，ICC首席检察官卡里姆·汗就在约旦河西岸、加沙地带和东耶路撒冷可能发生的战争罪进行调查，并将调查时间追溯到2014年6月13日；而在去年12月29日，南非向ICC提起诉讼，指控以色列在加沙地带实施种族灭绝。

南非提交的诉状长达84页，以色列屠杀巴勒斯坦人民的照片、视频满天飞，以色列官方的反人类发言让人不寒而栗……ICC要是敢对以色列总理内塔尼亚胡、国防部长加兰特和国防军参谋长哈勒维发布逮捕令，它早就发了，还用等以媒及以官员自己炒作？如果换作是美西方看不惯的任何一个国家，ICC早就发逮捕令了。

五 | 弱小点的，坟头草恐怕都一丈高了。

曾经，ICC里就有人想摸一下美国这个世界头号战争犯的屁股，调查有关阿富汗冲突期间可能发生的战争罪行和危害人类罪行，结果被美国给狠狠撸了一通，不仅吊销了主张调查的首席检察官本苏达的美国签证，时任美国总统特朗普还签署总统行政令，授权制裁以本苏达为首的国际刑事法院部分雇员。

ICC无奈之下，只能撤了本苏达的职，而新上任的首席检察官卡里姆·汗在要求法院重新启动对阿塔的危害人类罪指控时特别强调，新的调查对象排除美国军队和阿富汗前政府及其军队的战争罪行。美国是发起阿富汗战争的元凶，连元凶都不调查了，那还查个屁。

是福不是祸，是祸躲不过。ICC屈服在美国的淫威之下，又怎么会有胆量挑战美国的“亲爹”以色列？面对加沙地带正在发生且还在继续恶化的人道主义危机，ICC只想装死以保全自己。作为一个拥有124个成员国的国际性组织，南非提起对以色列的诉讼后，它如果不能站出来发挥作用，可能就要真的彻底凉凉了。

可以色列和美国压根就不给ICC装逼的机会。如果ICC真的对以色列高官发出逮捕令，即便是不能拿以色列怎么样，可对于国际形象已经破裂的以色列来说无异于雪上加霜。所以，以媒和以高官在ICC还没任何动作之时，主动踢爆这个消息发出赤裸裸的威胁：胆敢对以色列任何人发出逮捕令，你就等着被制裁吧！果然，ICC在声明中只说自己不受“威胁”，却只字不提要不要对以色列高官发出逮捕令，把它的“软脚病”暴露得一览无余。

更令ICC难堪的是，在它发出这个声明之后，以色列战时内阁5月6日通过了将于几日后攻打巴勒斯坦加沙地带最南端城市拉法的决定，并在当天空袭了巴勒斯坦加沙地带最南端拉法市的东部地区。显然，以色列压根儿就不把ICC放在眼里，尤其是在美国政客下场对ICC发出威胁之后，它更加肆无忌惮。

在美西方的操弄下，这个成立于2002年的国际组织，其实真没有存在的必要了。
