Cambodia links KHQR with WeChat Pay for Chinese travelers_我的网站

A |     当地时间8月25日，有消息人士称，美国中央情报局局长拉特克利夫目前正在俄罗斯首都莫斯科进行会谈。据悉，有人此前在莫斯科某机场发现了一架美国空军运输机以及一支美国外交车队，随后传出了他此行的消息。不过，美俄双方政府均未就这名美方官员的身份或此次访问的目的发表评论。据披露，拉特克利夫此行正值美国斡旋的俄乌和平谈判陷入停滞之际，这也是拉特克利夫出任中情局局长以来首次已知的俄罗斯之行。    (ECNS) -- Chinese travelers in Cambodia can now use WeChat Pay to scan local KHQR codes for everyday purchases under a cross-border QR payment service launched Tuesday in Phnom Penh by the National Bank of Cambodia and WeChat Pay.    Under the first phase, WeChat Pay users can scan KHQR codes at Cambodian merchants to pay for dining, shopping, transportation, tourism and entertainment. KHQR is Cambodia’s QR payment standard.    The service also allows Cambodian merchants to accept payments from WeChat Pay users through their existing KHQR system without additional transaction fees.    Cambodia received 450,000 Chinese tourists in the first half of 2026. A pilot visa-free policy for Chinese citizens took effect on June 15.
